Besides the production and realization of documentaries for the national and international TV market, Balboa Media offers also training sessions for the improvement of filmmaking towards emotional and creative stories.

The aim behind our "priorisation towards emotional story making" is to demonstrate how a feature can be enhanced on all layers of the story and thus result in a more appealing way for a bigger audience.

Our lectures are also appointed for the ARD/ZDF-Media-Academy and are in constant cooperation with psychologist in the field of visual perception.

In all of our storymaking, our main aim is to produce a great entrance in to the feature. Or in the words of the great philosopher Aristotle “The beginning is the half of the whole”, to catch the viewers attention at the very beginning, to get a grip of him, so that he doesn't fumble with the remote control and switch.
